Max Masnick / web development
I develop websites with technologies like Ruby on Rails, PHP, Javascript (including AJAX), and MySQL. I also have experience with Perl and Java. I have lots of XHTML/CSS experience, and sometimes I even create designs from scratch (like this one).
Websites I have recently worked on include:
- Max's Portfolio Viewer
A quick and dirty Rails app that leverages the Flickr API to display photo sets with a professional look and feel. Uses no databases, on purpose. -
Duke Prospective Health Care
I set up this MediaWiki-powered website while serving as a member of the Duke PHC Club. The design is based on a theme by Paul Gu. -
The Chanticleer
This is a work in progress. -
Bitter Root Land Trust
We will soon be launching a new website! -
Duke Global Health Forum
I was the lead developer on this website, which included a RoR-powered custom CMS and community for global health-related student groups at Duke. Design by Gordon Cieplak. This website is currently inactive as the leadership of DGHF has changed. - This one.
