sasfix
sasfix is a tool for fixing the formatting of SAS output. Paste in results from the Output window, and sasfix will fix funny characters and remove excess whitespace from the left side.
Here’s a visual example:
Start with any SAS output:
If you paste it directly into Notepad (or any other program), you’ll get weird characters and excess white space on the left:
sasfix to the rescue! Paste your SAS output into sasfix first to get a clean version.
Note that the funny ƒ characters have been replaced with a line and the extra white space on the left side has been removed.
